1. Session Timings:

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Delays may result in a shortened session.

2. Cancellations:

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations will result in a session being deducted.

3. Refunds:

Refunds are not available for unused sessions unless exceptional circumstances arise.

4. Commitment:

Results depend on client adherence to plans. The trainer provides guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Note that refunds are not issued for completed sessions.

6. User Responsibilities

By booking sessions, clients agree to these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of our services. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permissible by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Holistic Wellness and DELJO JOSEPH FL 454411 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
