By using Pace, you agree to these simple terms.

1. Reality before advice

Pace exists to make the consequences of money understandable. It provides projections based on facts, estimates, assumptions, and scenarios you provide. Pace is not a substitute for professional financial advice. The decision always remains yours.

2. Your Data, Your Responsibility

Since Pace is a completely local app, the security of your device and your Apple ID (if using iCloud) is your responsibility. We cannot recover lost data if your device is wiped and not backed up to your iCloud account.

3. Purchases and Lifetime Paywall

Pace operates on a fair monetization model. The core dashboard is available to demonstrate meaningful value. Expanding capabilities (like saving multiple plans) requires a one-time purchase. We do not use subscription traps or fake urgency.

4. Pace for ChatGPT

Pace for ChatGPT prepares historical expenses from files you choose. Use files you have permission to process. Check the totals, categories, dates and any items flagged for review before importing the result. File layouts and missing information can affect conversion; keep your originals.

Foreign currency estimates use public reference rates with your approval. They may differ from the amount your bank charged. The plugin does not connect to your Pace app or bank, import historical income, make payments or provide financial advice.

The plugin has no payments. The Pace iPhone app’s optional purchases are separate and handled by Apple. Your use of ChatGPT is governed separately by your agreement with OpenAI, including its terms of use. Read the ChatGPT plugin privacy details before adding files.
